Further explorations of the 21st century

So this "CSS" thing is pretty cool. I've spent the last hour and a half dragging my web design skills out of, approximately, 1997. I think the new template looks pretty sharp, and it looks good in both IE and Firefox. Opionions? Anyone's eyes bleeding?

Thanks! It actually displays better in IE. I wanted the right column to basically be the inverse of the left column, but in Firefox the white "bars" (that contain the section headings on the right) seem to extend all the way to the left edge of the page - underneath the left column. Very weird.
